CHELAN — A fresh season brought a big turnout for the Chelan boys' soccer team. A total of 45 athletes competed with the hope of making varsity.

Last year, Chelan ended their 6-10-3 season with a loss to Okanogan early in the district playoffs. Liberty Bell did the same but lost out in a district play-in game to Cashmere. Their record was 6-12.
