EPHRATA — A year ago, Quincy beat Ephrata 3-1. The Tigers went on to end their 7-12 season at districts.

With only one previous game so far, Ephrata was looking for their first win after a 2-0 loss to Moses Lake, but it didn’t come from Quincy on Thursday night. The Jackrabbits upped last year’s ante and won by a 5-1 margin.
