The Wenatchee Wild, proud members of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) in conjunction with the league have announced their preseason schedule in advance of their twelfth season, and fifth in the BCHL.

All teams in the BCHL are permitted to open Main Camp on Monday, August 19. For the first year since joining the BCHL, the Wild will play their entire preseason schedule on the road. The Wild will face the Chilliwack Chiefs on Friday Aug. 23 at 7 pm in the Hope & District Recreation Centre in Hope, BC, rather than in their regular season home at Prospera Centre. On Saturday Aug. 24, Wenatchee will meet the Langley Rivermen at 7:15 pm in the George Preston Recreation Centre, and Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm, the weekend wraps up against the Coquitlam Express in a game to be played at Sungod Arena in nearby Delta, BC. The Wild preseason competition concludes on Friday Aug 30 with a visit to South Surrey Arena against the Surrey Eagles at 7:00 pm.

Wenatchee opens their regular season on the road at Merritt against the Centennials on Friday September 6. The Home Opener will be the following Friday, September 13 against the Vernon Vipers.
