Fredi Simpson was a woman of faith, honor, and integrity, a loyal and loving friend, a proud American who worked endlessly for her country, and above all else, a wife and mother whose love for her husband, Bruce, and her son, Kane, was fierce and unending! Fredi left this earth for Heaven on December 12, 2018. Her life was blessed with her loving family members and friends!!
She loved her community and served on numerous commissions and committees. She worked tirelessly for many causes! But her joy came from assisting Kane with school and scouting. She was so proud as he achieved his Eagle Scout status! She loved being a Coug mom and the mom of a Washington State University graduate!!
Fredi served as a Vice Chair and Chairman of the Chelan County Republican Committee. She was President of Chelan Douglas Republican Women, Vice Chairman and National Committeewoman for the Washington State Republican Party, traveling the state many times over visiting and assisting county parties. As National Committee Woman, she travelled to RNC meetings representing our state for 12 years. She worked on countless campaigns. She loved her country and her God.
Fredi and Bruce loved music, spending time together, and Hawaii, where they were married!! She was a passionate Seahawk fan!! And was known for her fun and flashy spike heels, beautiful smile, and the best hugs ever!
She was preceded in death by her mother; father; brother; and sister. She is survived by husband, Bruce; son, Kane; step-daughter, Michelle; her mother-in-law, Lorraine Simpson; her sister, Linda.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Fredi at Walla Walla Point Park at Shelter #2, on Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 1:00-3:30 p.m. Bring a chair or blanket and snacks.
