Ronald "Ron" Wayne Lannoye

Ronald "Ron" Wayne Lannoye passed away on September 4, 2019. He was born in Wenatchee, WA, on March 2, 1945, to Forrest and Bonnie Lannoye. Ron attended Eastmont High School, where he was on the basketball, football, and track teams. In 1961, he met Pat Brixey, whom he married on April 24, 1964, and they had two children: Wayne and Wendy.

He worked in his father's shop from high school until he transferred to the City of East Wenatchee, where he worked for 29 years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, going to many states to hunt for antelope and deer with his son and granddaughters.

Ron is survived by his wife, Pat; and his daughter, Wendy Moran (Michael) of Rock Island, WA; grandchildren: Ashley Lannoye (Jason) of Wenatchee, WA, and Kayla Lannoye of Tri Cities, WA; brothers: Marlin Lannoye (Deanna) of East Wenatchee, WA, Gary Lannoye of Ephrata, WA; sister, Linda Musson of Aloha, OR. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his son and best friend, Wayne.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at his brother Marlin’s home, located at 2926 N. Baker Ave., East Wenatchee, WA, 98802. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society. Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee & Cashmere, WA.
