Nadeja was born January 29, 1934, in Wenatchee, WA to Ralph and Martha (Teade) Campbell. She passed away peacefully on January 9, 2011, with family by her side. The youngest of two daughters, she was raised in Wenatchee, graduating from Wenatchee High School in 1952. She attended the University of Washington prior to her marriage to Robert Booth in February 1955. They raised their three children, daughter, Artyce (Mike) Brooke, and sons, Peter and Brian, in Kent, WA. She taught piano for several years, and later worked as a freight claims manager, and a hotel special events coordinator and decorator. She maintained friendships with many of her childhood friends and loved helping to organize, and be a part of, high school reunions. Nadeja was artistic, creative and generous with her talents. She loved crafting, painting and traveling.
In addition to being survived by her children and former husband (with whom she maintained a lifelong friendship), she is survived by grandsons, Lee and Matt Brooke; and two great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Nora Brooke. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Patricia Manchester. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
